No good

Friendly staff

The staff left my door open after cleaning i came back to a open door and i had $300 missing. They acknoledged the door was open after me having to prove it but refuse to take responsibility for money missing! !!! The reception area was kind of maintained but the floirs and the rooms not at all. They were filthy like they have never been cleaned and the carpet was rotten and original from the 70's

The place is very dated, the floor we were on was like something out of a horror film, none of the lights worked and just looked abandoned! room wasn’t very clean and felt a bit unsafe there

An Odd Experience

Cheap, however somehow still overpriced. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The property is extremely old and looks as though there has been no maintenance in the last 40 years. We stepped out of the elevator into dimly lit corridor due to half the lights not working and many holes in the carpet. It seemed like the setting for a post apocalyptic movie. An interesting night. Would not stay again.

Awful

The location and that is it

Everything? The place is derelict. It looks nice when you arrive. I think it used to be a 5 star hotel 20 years ago and then someone got shot in the downstairs casino and it went tits up from there. The place seriously looks like a horror movie set. It’s so creepy. Once you get above reception it goes extremely downhill. The owners are just making money out of the place before it finally shuts down. There is no hot water in the entire hotel we were told late after we arrived, there were lizards in the rooms. The carpets were stained and burnt. Mould abundant in bathroom. Everything extremely outdated. No wifi in the room only in reception. The staff were rude and looked borderline embarrassed about the place themselves. We left after one night don’t stay here.

Disappointing

Hotel is located centrally.Beds were average comfortable.

It used to be a grand hotel,but now it can host a horror movie,if someone is willing to shoot.Its like abandoned ghost hotel with a careless receptionist.The owners seems to be waiting for hotel to collapse and in the meantime to earn some money out of it.No restoration at all.We didn't have hot water in the room,we stayed for 1 night so we didn't mind many things.You can find many better options in Phuket Town.

The hotel has its pros and cons. For me its pros overweight cons so I enjoyed my stay there.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and a nice view over the Phuket city sunsets. Extremely central location.

I think it used to be a 5* hotel but it is not maintained to standard for years. As a result the building and the rooms are worn out.

The absolute worst

I have been travelling Thailand for 5 years now and I live there 6 months a year during the season. I have been many, many places and stayed in tons of hotels, hostels etc and without a doubt this one was the worst hotel I have ever been in my life. I had made the reservation via booking for one night only. On arrival nothing was like they had offered on the web. The following day, I checked out at 10am and got a taxi to the nearest Port which is 5 minutes away. As we arrived at the Port I realised I had left my phone in the hotel room. We turned the taxi around and went back to the hotel to get my phone, on our way there I phoned my own number with my boyfriend phone and it was still switched on. When we got there the room had already been cleaned and my phone was gone, all within 10 minutes of my departure from the hotel. I tried phoning my mobile once I was there and it was switched off. None of the staff knew where my phone was. They treated me like absolute dirt. They never acknowledged me or my problem. They searched the room a whole 5 minutes and then gave up. I know it was my fault for leaving it there but I know for sure my phone was in the room when I left. There was no way I lost it in the taxi, it was a 1000% in that hotel room. The cleaners must have took it when they cleaned the room. The staff changed their stories a couple times so I knew one of them had it, it meant nothing whatsoever to them. The staff on reception were equally as rude and unhelpful. Also, The check out clean done by the cleaners is terrible, how can they clean a room in under 10 minutes? They had not even cleaned the sheets/linen for the next guests. The only good part of the hotel is the older lady that’s in the tiny shop. She was lovely

Vintage & cheap stay :)

We liked the AC, the size of the room, the price, reception open 24/7 it came really handy as we arrived at 3 am (due to our flight), we paid at the end of our stay, Good housekeeping, the location.

The hotel is quite old, the smell stays as everything is carpet, no hot water.

This hotel needs to be closed

Not one thing ,it was dirty and to be honest I would not have let my dog stay there ,mattress urinated ,pillows dirty and stained ,mattress cover never washed , toilet, bath yellow never clean once in my two weeks stay shower curtain black and smelly the hotel was so old and dirty it should be closed down , air con at desk.when booking in was floor fan from 1940s.carpet on stair dirty and holes in and stains ,lift dirty and some times not working ,holes in ceiling water leaking in when raining ,no hot water ,, did even have iron or ironing board ,I really don't know how you can recommend this as a place to stay .Am makes me think.never to book with you again ,I have passed the photos to all my friends in Malaysia ,they couldn't believe it , I have sent you photos not sending again.you go see for yourself ,

Spend 11euros.. Get 11 euros :) old and shabby

Good location, very cheap, good ac

No hot water, no wifi in room only lobby, no laundry, bit shabby, fridge not working, poor state of the entire hotel, very old(perhaps a 4 star hotel in the 90s)
